Setup Sona tracking for Zendesk help center

Step 1: Click General in the sidebar, then click Tracking Pixel.

Step 2: Select Setup for Help Centers tab.

Step 3: Select Zendesk as the help center provider.

Step 4: Enter the subdomain URL to configure your DNS provider, then click the Verify DNS button to check if it is verified.

Step 5: Add a custom help center domain if you don’t want to use the default domain provided by the help center provider.

Step 6: Click Save to confirm configuration.
