A few quick steps to get things rolling
Step 1: Connect your CRM
Connect your CRM to get going with your existing data, find new opportunities, spot visitors ready to convert, and other benefits
Step 2: Integrate your website
Connect Sona to your website traffic to collect first-party tracking data that reveals information about your website visitors. You can integrate your website with Sona using several supported methods:
Website Tag (Recommended)
Install the Sona SDK by copying the tracking script and adding it to your website's HTML code
Google Tag Manager
Install the Sona SDK through Google Tag Manager
Zendesk
Install the Sona SDK to capture intent signals from your Zendesk support docs
Intercom
Install the Sona SDK to capture intent signals from your Intercom support docs
Step 3: Turn on website intent data
Configure intent signals to reveal which visitors are showing buying intent so you can focus on your highest-value prospects.
Intent signals track key visitor behaviors such as viewing pricing pages, reading case studies, or engaging with high-value content to help predict buying stage and influence account ICP Fit scores.
To set up intent signals:
- Navigate to Workspace Settings > Intent Signals from the left sidebar
- Review the Suggested Intent Signals that capture the most common high-intent behaviors
- Customize the intent score for each signal based on what matters most to your business:
- Assign higher scores to strong buying signals like viewing pricing or requesting demos
- Assign lower scores to early-stage actions like blog visits or general browsing
- Click Save to activate your intent signals
Once enabled, Sona will automatically calculate an intent score for each visitor, making it easy to spot prospects who are ready to engage.
