Get account activity alerts

Use the Alerts page to create and manage automatic Slack notifications whenever a visitor triggers an intent signal.

Before creating a new alert, you will need to set up the Slack integration via the Connectors page.

Configure Alert​

Step 1: Navigate to General under Settings​

Step 2: Click Alerts​

Step 3: Activate an existing alert by clicking the slider​

You can also click the trash icon to delete an alert.

Create new Alert​

Step 1: Click + Add New Alert at the bottom of the list to open the configuration screen and choose if you want to add a new alert for Web Visitors or Accounts.​

Step 2: Select a filtered view​

Step 3: Select an Intent Signal or create a new one​

Step 4: Select the target Slack channel for the alert.​

Step 5: Click Save Alert to accept the changes or Cancel to discard any changes and go back to the Alerts page.​
