Step 1: Find active accounts to target

Sona helps you de-anonymize website visitors, connect their activity to accounts in your CRM, and uncover net-new leads. By leveraging Sona’s insights, you can identify high-value accounts, prioritize outreach efforts, and make data-driven decisions to maximize your marketing and sales ROI.

This guide will walk you through how to use Sona to find active accounts, analyze their engagement, and target the right prospects effectively.

Step 1: Click an account name.

Scroll down to see the Activity section where you can see the company's past activities.

Step 2: Click the People tab.

This section allows you to view people who are involved or part of the company.

Step 3: Click the Intent Signals tab.

This section gives you a view about the company's behavioral cues.

Step 4: Click the Buying Stage tab.

Here, you'll see the company's buying stage—basically, how close they are to making a purchase.

Step 5: Click ICP Score tab.

In this section, you'll see the ICP Score, which basically measures how well a company fits your ideal customer profile. On the left, 'Company Attribute Matches' shows how closely they align with key traits, while 'Intent Signal Matches' tracks actions like visiting your website or starting a trial.

Step 6: Click the Web Visitors tab.

In this section, you'll see web visitors data. 'Unique Visitors' shows the number of individual visitors, along with their location. The percentage indicates visitor growth compared to a previous period.

Step 7: Click Top Pages tab.

In this section, you'll see the top pages visited. The table shows the page URLs and the number of visits each page has received.

In the Tags section, you'll see categories that describe the company's industry, focus areas, or business model.
