Step 5: Use filters to spot high-intent leads

Audiences is a powerful tool in Sona that allows you to spot high-intent leads by grouping accounts and individuals based on specific attributes, behaviors, and engagement patterns. With customizable filters like Intent Signals, Buying Stage, and ICP Score, you can prioritize prospects showing strong interest in your product or service. Whether you’re tracking frequent website visitors, content downloaders, or decision-stage buyers, Audiences helps you focus your sales and marketing efforts on the most promising leads, ensuring faster conversions and better ROI.

Step 1: Click an Audience name.

Look for the Audiences on the left-sidebar

Add Audience Name

Click the name of the audience you'd like to view. In the previous guide, we named it Audience Demo, so we'll use that here.
