Global Controls
Set a filter once and it scopes every AI Visibility tab — narrow by brand, time window, AI platform, or topic and keep that context as you move between views.
Every tab in AI Visibility shares the same filter bar at the top of the page. Setting a filter here scopes the metrics across all tabs, so you can focus on a specific slice of your data and keep that context as you move between views.
What you can filter by
- Brand selector — the tracked brand whose visibility you're measuring (e.g. Sona).
- Date range — the time window for all metrics. Defaults to the last 30 days.
- Tags — filter prompts by tag (e.g.
Branded). - Platforms — filter by the LLM / AI platform the answers came from.
- Topics — filter by the topic cluster assigned to your prompts.
- Prompts toggle — scope metrics to prompt-level results.
How to use it
Set the slice you care about once, then read across the tabs without losing it — the same brand, window, platform, and topic carry everywhere.
tip
Filters carry across tabs. If you set the date range to the last 7 days on the Overview tab, the Rankings, Sources, and Site Pages tabs use that same window until you change it.
